Hotel as a whole is cheerful and absolutely brilliant, I liked it.

The location is excellent and handy and near to the river and the Market Square in the old part of King's Lynn and the tourist attractions such as the minster, and guildhall and the Wetherspoons restaurant. Btw, Corn Exchange is nearby.

The hotel was set in a very central area not far from the tourist attractions such as the minster, and guildhall as well as pub which was also good. Furthermore, in the town centre.

Perfect and marvellous location, delicious in the attached Wetherspoons pub. Easy check-in and late check-out, decent staff.

All good — we really enjoyed this cheap hotel — the food was cheap and the staff were decent. The location was magnificent, on a hill with easy access to a market and shops. Moreover, the property was relatively near Stories of Lynn.

Got decent sized and nicely furnished room with very comfy king bed when arrived, thoroughly enjoyed that. The location was fab as it was next to a cinema and bars. By the way, a hill and a river were next to the place.

Stayed in top quality king room with massive bathroom and coffee plus kettle. The location of the hotel was handy, right in the heart of old town.

Brilliant fairly clean hotel and staff was lovely and charming. I enjoyed clean room complete with the bar downstairs and massive bathroom, as example. Everything was great, yet a few employees were not very friendly. Great location, I was near the beach.
